A Sound Life is global wellbeing charity founded by Edo and Jo in 2014. ASL transforms the lives of people in need through music, yoga and meditation. ASL exists to meet a growing need in our world for physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. The most vulnerable people -facing physical, mental and economic hardships- often have the least access to the tools for healing and empowerment. We are here to change that!!!
A Sound Life harnesses the skills of volunteers who deliver nourishing programs as a free service for people facing hardships in health care facilities (hospitals, aged-care, disabilities, mental health) and underserved communities (incl. youth at risk and women's shelters).
Since 2014, 100+ ASL volunteers have volunteered 17,042 hrs, delivering 755 free music, yoga and meditation sessions to transform the lives of 2250 people facing hardships. ASL has delivered $647,596 worth of services in kind to the Sydney, Illawarra and Northern Rivers communities. ASL also runs programs in Tanzania and Indonesia.
